- Hold a three-year post-graduate degree or equivalent diploma recognized by HEC, with a minimum of 50% or 2.5 GPA marks in Matric SSC Degree or Diploma.
- The program requires participants to commit to a mandatory 80% attendance over a period of three to six months, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.10,000.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 30 years, with female candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Additionally, graduates of Madrasa institutions are welcome to apply, and Huzur applicants have a two percent quota, while a five percent quota is reserved for minorities.

Terms and Conditions
- BISP offers internships to a maximum of twenty interns each year to cover their expenses.
- The internship lasts for a minimum of three months and a maximum of six months, and interns can start only after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- The HR Director will finalize the agreement with the intern on or before the designated date.
- During the interview, candidates will be informed if they are selected for the internship.
- Any concessions made between the ISP Secretariat and the Government of Pakistan internship are not valid.
- Candidates with a specific percentage may receive an internship lasting six to eight weeks.
All candidates applying to the BISP Secretariat must adhere to the guidelines provided.
